The Ponheary Ly Foundation relies solely on private donations and support. Together with the tireless work of volunteers, these gifts are significantly improving the futures of the children of Cambodia.

These funds are used to buy supplies shoes and uniforms for primary and secondary school children, to pay monthly stipends to teachers, and to support breakfast programs in the rural schools. Bicycles are awarded to students who are top in the class and who go on to secondary school. Your funds could be used to help with medical situations that sometimes arise, or help with any number of special projects that come up from time to time.

WATER AID FOR CAMBODIA

Approximately 85% of the people in Cambodia do not have access to safe drinking water and sanitation. Many depend on rain water and water holes contaminated with waterborne diseases. About 11,000 children die every year due to these conditions.

And that's where we come in! 

WATER AID FOR CAMBODIA is a public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law exclusively for charitable purposes. Its specific purposes are to provide water wells, sanitary waste disposal and other public infrastructure for inhabitants of Cambodia and other Southeast Asian countries.
